An advanced suspension system, originally developed for a single customer and produced at relatively low volume, was strategically assessed to unlock broader commercial potential. The objective was to transition from a customer-specific solution toward a scalable product platform with wider market relevance.

The project included an assessment of market opportunities, adjacent vehicle applications, customer potential, competitive positioning and scalability production. Based on the findings, a product strategy was developed to further evolve the technology, expand into additional applications, develop new customer relationships and increase production volume and sales.

In parallel, a business case and investment strategy were developed to support production scale-up, including considerations for manufacturing capacity, production economics and facility investment requirements to enable long-term growth.
