An advanced hydraulic suspension technology had been successfully introduced for a single premium sports car manufacturer. To maximize its commercial potential, a broader product and market strategy was required to position the technology for additional OEM applications while addressing varying customer requirements and competitive market dynamics.

Approach

As Senior Global Product Manager I led and worked with a cross-functional team to:

  • Assess the market trends and potential opportunities

  • Benchmark competitor technologies

  • Define the product platform strategy

  • Prioritise target customers and product requirements

  • Develop the product roadmap and align with customer SOPs

  • Protect newly generated Intellectual Property

  • Qualify the technology with premium OEMs.

  • Build a profitable business case and allocate capital budget
